Parties to the Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between bmw88 ("we", "us", "the platform") and the site user ("you", "user"). This agreement applies to the bmw88.mom website and all associated services.

Account Verification

bmw88 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Accepted Payment Methods

bmw88 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other payment methods are accepted.

Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Processing may take a little longer if verification is required or unusual activity is detected.

Currency & Suspicious Transactions

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any transaction is suspected to be related to money laundering or fraud, bmw88 reserves the right to cancel that transaction and notify the relevant authorities.

Transactions from Your Own Account

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals from accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted. Funds may be held if this rule is violated.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳26,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirement

Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not counted). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• The same bonus cannot be used more than once.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
• bmw88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• bmw88's decision regarding bonus eligibility is final.

VIP Program

bmw88 has four VIP tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Promotion to a higher tier is based on regular play and activity. Detailed VIP benefit terms apply separately.

Fair Play Policy

bmw88 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that produces impartial, verifiable results. If any player attempts to cheat or manipulate the system, their account will be suspended immediately.

Prohibited Activities

• Playing using bots, scripts, or automated software.

• Colluding with other players to cheat.

Technical Errors

Sports Betting

For sports betting, the decision of bmw88's trading team is final. If a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed, bet settlement will follow the applicable rules. Bets placed on the basis of insufficient information may be amended or cancelled.
